Jun is an urbanist, designer, and educator in the field of design and placemaking. He has been a fierce advocate for the vital role that designers play in creating value beyond aesthetics. He believes that through design thinking – the process of exploration, strategizing, and rationalizing – designers can generate solutions that address the needs of clients at various levels, both aesthetically and functionally.

Jun's career, spanning over 15 years, encompasses a variety of project types and scales, including regional planning, new towns, urban districts, landscapes, and a wide spectrum of architectural typologies. He has worked for world-renowned firms like AECOM and Perkins&Will. His broad training has equipped him with a strong knowledge base of the profession, holistic thinking, and an integrated design approach to tackling complex issues, resulting in a proven track record of consistently delivering high-profile projects of the best quality.

Jun received his Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from Harvard GSD. He has lived and worked in the United States and several of Asia's capital cities, including Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, and Taipei. Jun is currently an Associate Professor at the Design School at Chung Yuan University.
